+ Santa...Santa + (click here english version)

No início dos anos 80, um gigolô futurista invade nosso televisores. Lançando raios pelos dedos e os seguintes dizeres: "Olá, eu vim para mostrar Odyssey. Você sabe o que é Odyssey? Odyssey é o novo (como se houve um anterior) e fantástico videogame da Philips" Legal, mas o que mesmo um videogame? E foi assim, de forma estabanada, que nos foi apresentando um produto que mudaria, inclusive, o modo de vida da molecada. Esta semana, pretendia fazer um post sobre a chegada do videogames no Brasil, que de certa foram seria uma reedição de um velho post que fiz no grande e saudoso Odyssey2000/OdysseyMania do nosso amigo Marcelo Ribeiro.

Havia, até mesmo feito um "mod" no jogo Senhor das Trevas para ilustrar o artigo, com as vozes do (im)popular Morre Diabo!

Graças ao feriado prolongado, pude fazer alguns avanços no projeto Mean Santa, então, mudei de idéia com relação ao post. Além do gráficos "plus", inclui alguns sons no jogo, como poderão conferir no vídeo a seguir:

É importante frisar que: No vídeo você ouvirá a música "Jingle Bells", porém o emulador não reproduz o Voice com exatidão. O som da música soa melhor quando o jogo é rodado num console real. Também, ao entrar na casa, os presentes não aparecem no vídeo, como aparecerão num console real. O post da semana passada da um ideía melhor de como os presentes serão apresentados na tela de seu televisor (As cores poderão variar conforme o ajuste individual do televisor ;^)). Por fim, notei que o blog tem recebido bastantes visitas (considerando, é claro, o escasso número de fãs do console). E, gostaria de agradecê-los, isto é feito para vocês e não existiria sem vocês. Muito obrigado.

In the early 80s, a futuristic gigolo invades our televisions. Casting rays on his fingers and saying: "Hello, I came to show Odyssey Do you know what's Odyssey? Odyssey is the new and fantastic videogame from Philips." Cool, but what even a video game? And so, of bumbling way, we were presenting a product that would change even the way of life of young kids. This week, wanted to make a post about the arrival of video games in Brazil, which to some would have been a reprint of an old post I made in the great and late Odyssey2000 / OdysseyMania from our friend Marcelo Ribeiro. There were even made a "mod" the Dark Lord game to illustrate the article, with the voices of the (un) popular Die Devil!

Thanks to the holiday weekend, I could make some progress on the project Mean Santa then I changed my mind regarding the post. In addition to the charts "plus" includes some sounds in the game, how can check in the following video:

Importantly: In the video you hear the song "Jingle Bells", but the emulator does not play the Voice accurately. The sound of music sounds best when the game is run in a real console. Also, upon entering the house, gifts do not appear in the video, as they will appear in a real console. The post of last week's a better idea of how the gifts will be presented in your TV screen (Colors may vary according to TV´s color adjustments ; ^) ). Finally, I noticed that the blog have received "many" visits  (assuming, of course, the small number of console fans).
